Sesame-Curry Cauliflower (Low Fat)

4 cups of cauliflower florets
1/3 cup of chicken stock
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of minced fresh cilantro, or parsley
1/8 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of ground black pepper

In a 10-inch no-stick skillet over medium-high heat, combine the cauliflower, chicken stock, garlic, oil, curry powder, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crisp-tender. Add the cilantro or parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine. Serves 4.
