one 8 ounce can of fish roe
2 medium eggs, beaten
1 cup of cracker crumbs
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
a pinch of salt
Combine the fish roe and liquid with remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into patties. Brown in small amount of bacon fat, turning once. Place on a platter and garnish with crisp bacon and lemon wedges. 2- 4 servings
