3/4 cup of dried apricots, cut in quarters
3/4 cup of dates,cut in halves
3/4 cup of raisins
3 tablespoons of whole almonds
1/4 cup of walnut halves
1/4 cup of unsalted peanuts
1/8 cup of unsalted sunflower seeds
Toss ingredients together.
Store in tightly covered container.
You may add your favorite dried fruits or nuts in place of those listed.
