1/2 cup of bacon fat
8 medium potatoes, sliced
4 medium onions, sliced
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
chopped parsley
Saute the potatoes and onions in the bacon fat with the salt and pepper, stirring to coat the vegetables
Put them into a crock pot and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
