Hot Chip Dip

1 pound of ground beef
1 can of Hormel chili without beans
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1 can of green chilies, chopped
1 pound of Velveeta cheese, cubed

Brown hamburger in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Mix all ingredients in baking dish.
Bake at 275F. for 1 hour.
Serve warm with large tortilla chips
