2/3 cup of finely crushed saltine crackers (20 crackers)
1/4 cup of sesame seed, toasted
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of butter or margarine
one 2 1/2 to 3 pound broiler fryer chicken, cut up
1/4 cup of milk
Combine crackers, sesame seed, and salt. Melt butter in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Dip chicken in milk, then roll in crumbs. Dip skin side in butter. Turn; arrange, skin side up in baking dish. Bake at 375ºF. for 1 hour. Do not turn. Serve hot or chilled. Makes 4 servings
