Southwestern Barbecued Corn
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon of ground paprika
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 drop of hot pepper sauce
6 ears of corn
Preheat the grill. In a small bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and hot pepper sauce. Mix well. Place the corn on a large piece of foil. Brush the oil mixture on the corn. Fold up the edges of the foil to create a sealed packet. Place on the grill. Cook for 10 minutes, or until hot. Serves 6.
